Re-Stucco House
We were looking to have our house stuccoed as it had been like 45 years and some of old stucco was pulling away and peeling. Vini was one of the first responses and gave best reasonable estimate. Vini and his crew did very good job on stuccoing our house. The job was done in the estimated time given and he was very responsive to all my concerns without hesitation. We needed our old, very unlevel floor and subfloor removed and a new one installed along with all the old plasterboard to be demoed and new drywall installed for our daughters room. We got lots of estimates, most were insanely high and people could either do the floor or the walls but not both. VINI gave us an extremely reasonable estimate to do both. All his guys were extremely nice and they and they did great work.  They even installed a new hardwood floor. Everything was done in less than a week and he stuck to his initial estimate. I sent out a quote request through yelp for room painting,  and Vini was one of the first responses.  The communication was good compared to others and his price was reasonable.  We wanted to paint our guest room,  and it was scheduled very quickly.  E decided to get the paint ourselves,  and he had all the other materials needed.  There was a few patches on our wall from stickers and he did a great job painting over them and covering it up.  He worked fast and painted around all the windows,  outlets, very carefully. I reached out on Yelp for estimates on a small drywall ceiling repair due to a pipe leak and water damage.  I  received several bids within 24hrs and I cautiously went with one of the  lower bids. Vini was very responsive when I first reached out to him regarding our floor/baseboard project. We were in need of getting our floors finished with a pretty fast turnaround time and he was able to complete within a few days.
